- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen team.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our signature smash burgers and sides.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Cash handling and processing payments accurately at the end of shifts.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and prep work.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and order taking.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
