Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the specific developmental needs and strengths of children with special needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapeutic intervention plans (ITIPs) tailored to each child's goals.
- Provide direct therapy services, which may include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, or other evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate closely with parents, guardians, and educators to ensure consistent support and integration of therapeutic strategies at home and in school.
- Monitor and evaluate children's progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and communication logs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss child progress, challenges, and collaborative strategies.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in special education and pediatric therapy through continuous professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or a related therapeutic field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) working as a therapist with children with special needs, preferably in a school or clinic setting.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with various therapeutic approaches such as ABA, sensory integration, or play therapy.
- Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to assess and address complex developmental needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with children, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is highly advantageous.
