Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality English lessons according to the I CAN READ curriculum and teaching standards.
- Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents regarding developmental milestones.
- Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and classroom aids effectively.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in periodic teacher training sessions and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall quality of educational services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching English (experience with international curriculums is a plus).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (fluent or near-native level).
- Passionate about working with children and possess a nurturing teaching style.
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage classroom activities efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with parents and students.
- Willing to be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
