Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver comprehensive English language lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs and proficiency levels.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and active engagement.
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop curriculum materials, share best practices, and continuously improve teaching methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance, progress reports, and educational goals to foster a strong home-school partnership.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development training sessions, and school events as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English Literature, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification or license (e.g., PGCE, TESOL, TEFL) is required.
- Proven experience teaching English to students of various age groups (primary or secondary level).
- Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching and student development.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
