Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to students of various proficiency levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum goals.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and constructive feedback.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events to support the institution.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Valid TEFL or TESOL certification is highly preferred.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a language institute or school setting.
- Native or fluent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and demonstrate patience and creativity.
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to new teaching methods.
