Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive English language lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods such as tests, assignments, and projects.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop and improve teaching materials and strategies.
- Maintain clear and open communication with parents regarding student progress and behavioral updates.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development workshops to continuously improve teaching skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English Literature, or a related field is required.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., TUPPAK, ITPP) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience teaching English to students of different age groups.
- Excellent command of the English language, both in speaking and writing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
- Patient, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching diverse student needs.
