Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons based on the I Can Read curriculum to young learners.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and management.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the specific needs of different age groups.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and workshops to maintain high teaching standards.
- Support student enrollment events and represent the center during open house activities.
- Ensure classroom safety and maintain high standards of discipline and student care.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (or equivalent teaching certification).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (native or near-native fluency preferred).
- Prior experience in teaching English to young children or early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to children.
- Ability to adapt to new teaching methodologies and follow structured pedagogical frameworks.
- Energetic, creative, and highly motivated to foster a love for learning in students.
- Willingness to be based in the Sukawangi area, Bandung.
