Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience
- Native or near-native proficiency in English language
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
