Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English language lessons tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and keep students highly engaged.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow teaching staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages academic inquiry.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and learning goals.
- Stay current with pedagogical trends and integrate modern educational technology into daily lessons.
- Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities related to English language proficiency and literature.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience teaching English in an international school or reputable private school setting.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire students and foster a culture of academic excellence.
- Proficiency in using digital classroom tools and learning management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multinational team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
