Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging English curriculum aligned with national standards
- Deliver interactive lessons focusing on speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and share best practices
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Teaching certification (PGSD or equivalent)
- Native or fluent English proficiency with excellent pronunciation
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Creative lesson planning abilities with cultural sensitivity
