Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging English lessons aligned with Cambridge English curriculum standards
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans for diverse student groups (children/teens/adults)
- Assess student progress through structured evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Create interactive classroom environments using modern teaching methodologies
- Prepare students for Cambridge English examinations (KET, PET, FCE, CAE)
- Collaborate with academic team to refine teaching materials and techniques
- Maintain student attendance records and progress documentation
- Participate in teacher training workshops and curriculum development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 2 years of ESL teaching experience preferred
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Familiarity with Cambridge English assessment frameworks
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology
