Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Literature, or a related teaching field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in teaching English.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) with a neutral accent is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
