Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver comprehensive English lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, including tests, assignments, and interactive activities.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and improve teaching materials, curriculum strategies, and school programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance reports.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, or Education (S1).
- Valid teaching certification (PGSI, PGPAUD, or PGMI) is required.
- Proven experience teaching English to students of varying age groups and backgrounds.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to integrate technology effectively into the classroom to enhance learning.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, student development, and fostering a love for learning.
