Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging English language lesson plans tailored to student needs.
- Facilitate classroom activities that improve reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, grading, and constructive feedback.
- Implement creative teaching methodologies to keep students motivated and involved.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with students, parents, and administrative staff.
- Participate in curriculum development meetings and professional development workshops.
- Ensure the classroom environment is conducive to learning and maintains educational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is highly preferred).
- English proficiency equivalent to CEFR B2 level or IELTS 6.5 band score or higher.
- Proven experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL/EFL).
- High level of creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for student development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to relocate to or currently reside in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize digital classroom tools effectively.
