Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-impact English lessons based on the Cambridge curriculum framework.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support academic development.
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Collaborate with department heads and fellow teachers to align teaching strategies and curriculum goals.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and learning outcomes.
- Integrate modern educational technology and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities or language workshops as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum (IGCSE/Checkpoint experience is highly desirable).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organized, patient, and capable of classroom management in a dynamic environment.
