Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality English lessons based on the Cambridge Curriculum to students of various age groups.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote active participation and language acquisition.
- Maintain a strict English-only environment within the classroom to encourage student immersion.
- Assess student progress through regular testing, assignments, and observations, providing constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for Cambridge English proficiency examinations and other standardized assessments.
- Collaborate with the academic department to refine teaching strategies and curriculum delivery.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavioral development.
- Participate in school-wide events, workshops, and continuous professional development sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in English Education, English Literature, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably within an international or SPK school setting.
- Strong familiarity with the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) framework.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (minimum CEFR C1 or equivalent).
- Possession of a teaching certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is a significant advantage.
- Proven classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Adaptable, culturally sensitive, and committed to long-term professional growth in Balikpapan.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational software.
