Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate English lesson plans that spark curiosity and interest in language.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves confidently.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to track individual student progress and development milestones.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and staff to maintain a holistic and positive school culture.
- Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with parents to ensure effective communication regarding their child’s learning journey.
- Integrate creative activities such as storytelling, phonics, and play-based learning into the core curriculum.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with the latest early childhood educational practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant Diploma (DECCE-T or equivalent).
- Certification by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) as an L2 teacher is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
- Ability to demonstrate creativity, patience, and adaptability in a classroom setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
