Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate English lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
- Create an interactive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Use diverse teaching techniques including storytelling, songs, games, and visual aids to facilitate language acquisition.
- Monitor and track the progress of each student, providing regular feedback to parents through formal reports and meetings.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom environment that fosters early childhood learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to organize school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Incorporate innovative digital learning tools to supplement traditional classroom instruction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Early Childhood Education focus is a plus).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching English to young children or preschool-aged students.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; international certification like TEFL/TESOL is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of early childhood development stages and positive discipline techniques.
- High level of patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young learners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of young students.
