Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lesson plans for Secondary Division students.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Prepare students for external examinations with a focus on First Language English proficiency.
- Collaborate with the English Department to develop curriculum materials and teaching resources.
- Mentor students and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Valid Teaching Certificate or Teacher Training qualification (e.g., PGDE, Bachelor of Education).
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (First Language level).
- Experience teaching English at the secondary level is highly preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for literature and a commitment to student-centered learning.
