Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons tailored to elementary school students.
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation and language development.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Integrate eco-friendly and experiential learning activities into the English curriculum.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
- Participate in regular professional development sessions to keep abreast of modern teaching methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Teaching Certification/S.Pd preferred).
- Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably at the elementary level.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Deep understanding of child psychology and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design interactive and fun learning materials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
