Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver high-quality, engaging English lesson plans aligned with the national and international curriculum.
- Assess student progress through regular testing, assignments, and constructive feedback.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies, including digital tools and interactive learning, to cater to various student needs.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, communication, and language proficiency.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to organize school events, English clubs, and academic competitions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with modern educational trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Senior High School setting.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal (IELTS/TOEFL certification is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to inspire students and foster a love for language learning.
- Proficiency in integrating educational technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS) into the classroom.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about student development and committed to the values of Yayasan Pendidikan Santo Yohanes.
- Willingness to work full-time in Tangerang Selatan.
