Join our passionate team as an English Teacher for young learners and make a lasting impact on children's language development in Cirebon! We're seeking an enthusiastic educator to deliver engaging English instruction to students from PAUD (Early Childhood) to SD (Elementary) levels. In this role, you'll design innovative, play-based learning activities that foster language acquisition through interactive games, songs, and storytelling. You'll create a nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore new vocabulary and communication skills while developing a lifelong love for learning. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver dynamic English lessons tailored to PAUD-SD age groups using age-appropriate methodologies
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans incorporating interactive activities, visual aids, and technology
- Assess student progress through informal observations and structured evaluations
- Design engaging classroom materials including flashcards, worksheets, and digital resources
- Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Collaborate with parents to support language development at home
- Participate in teacher training and curriculum development initiatives
- Track and document student learning outcomes for program improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent certification)
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching English to young learners (PAUD-SD)
- Native or near-native proficiency in English language
- Strong classroom management skills with creative teaching methodologies
- Patience, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for early childhood education
- Ability to design interactive, play-based learning activities
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with young children and parents
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in diverse classroom settings
