Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative, effective English lesson plans tailored to student needs.
- Conduct high-quality classroom instruction for students at various proficiency levels.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Prepare students for internal and external English language assessments or certifications.
- Maintain an organized, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Participate in periodic academic meetings, workshops, and teacher training sessions.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance teaching materials and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, English Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching English (fresh graduates with a strong passion for teaching are welcome to apply).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about education and student development.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and student age groups.
- Committed, punctual, and highly organized with a result-oriented mindset.
