Are you a passionate educator dedicated to empowering students through language and literature? Springfield School is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced IGCSE English Teacher to join our dynamic academic team at our West Jakarta campus.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging IGCSE English lessons in accordance with the curriculum standards.
- Provide comprehensive support to students in developing their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Create, grade, and analyze formative and summative assessments to track student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to foster continuous academic growth.
- Collaborate with department heads and fellow teachers to enhance curriculum integration.
- Maintain effective classroom management to ensure a productive and safe learning environment.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, specifically with the IGCSE curriculum.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage diverse classroom settings and adapt to different learning styles.
- Deep understanding of the CIE/Edexcel IGCSE English syllabus and assessment criteria.
- Passionate about student-centered learning and innovative teaching technologies.
- Possess a valid teaching certification or license.
