Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the Cambridge, IB, or Pearson curriculum guidelines.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and interactive activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to maintain high academic standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in professional development workshops and staff meetings to stay updated on educational trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching English using International Curricula (Cambridge, IB, or Pearson) is highly preferred.
- Valid teaching certification (PGMI, S1 Pendidikan, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (Native or near-native proficiency) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
