Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to different age groups (3-18 years old).
- Create a positive, inclusive, and fun classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Incorporate technology and interactive learning materials into daily lesson plans.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and internal staff training sessions.
- Maintain classroom management and ensure a safe, conducive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with fellow teaching staff to develop and refine curriculum standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably with children or teenagers.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) with a neutral accent.
- Energetic, patient, and adaptable personality with a genuine passion for youth education.
- Ability to utilize creative teaching methods to keep young learners engaged.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students and parents.
- Willingness to work in Bandung and commit to a full-time schedule.
