- Develop and deliver engaging English language lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels.
- Utilize diverse teaching techniques to improve students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Create an interactive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to refine teaching materials and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records in accordance with company policy.
- Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities or workshops to enhance language exposure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English teacher or in a similar instructional role.
- Native-level or near-native proficiency in English (for both local and international candidates).
- Strong understanding of ESL/EFL pedagogy and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Adaptable, creative, and passionate about student development.
- Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are highly preferred.
