- Develop and deliver engaging English language lesson plans tailored to various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning goals.
- Create an inclusive, motivating, and interactive classroom atmosphere for both children and adults.
- Incorporate multimedia and modern teaching tools to enhance the student learning experience.
- Prepare students for specific language objectives, including conversational fluency, grammar mastery, and exam preparation.
- Maintain clear communication with students and stakeholders regarding learning objectives and achievements.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to address diverse learning styles and specific student requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in teaching English to both children and adults is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- A degree in English Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent teaching certification).
- Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively and maintain student engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students of all ages.
- Patient, adaptable, and creative approach to lesson planning and problem-solving.
- Available for part-time scheduling in the Yogyakarta area.
