We are committed to providing high-quality English education to students of various age groups, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for teaching and student development.
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating engaging English lessons that foster language acquisition, confidence, and critical thinking. You will be expected to manage two 85-minute sessions daily, ensuring a seamless flow between different student levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver two high-energy, 85-minute English language classes daily.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to suit the diverse learning needs of different student groups.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Plan and prepare lesson materials that align with the established curriculum.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress consistently.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure smooth transitions between different class levels.
- Communicate regularly with administrative staff regarding student performance and curriculum requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle various age groups.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language learning goals.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and student proficiency levels.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Binjai, Sumatera Utara.
