Eye Level Citraland Surabaya is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated English Tutor. We are looking for passionate educators who are committed to delivering high-quality instruction and helping students achieve their academic goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape young minds and foster a love for learning in a supportive and dynamic environment.
As an English Tutor, you will play a vital role in our educational program by designing and implementing effective lesson plans that cater to the individual learning styles of our students. You will guide students through the Eye Level curriculum, ensuring they develop strong critical thinking and language skills. We value creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching, and we are seeking a candidate who embodies these qualities to join our team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging English tutoring sessions for students of various age groups, ensuring personalized learning.
- Develop creative lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the Eye Level curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and safe classroom atmosphere that boosts student confidence.
- Collaborate with center management to achieve enrollment targets and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate student records and attendance logs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English Literature, English Education, or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to student development.
