Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct personalized English consultations and assessments for members
- Deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Manage branch administrative tasks including member records and scheduling
- Prepare and update lesson materials, progress reports, and teaching resources
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to enhance branch operations and member experience
- Participate in professional development and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) with native-like proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in English Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience, preferably in language education
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
