Tanggung Jawab

- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate interactive learning activities to improve vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate student milestones and areas for improvement.
- Utilize various teaching aids, digital tools, and creative resources to keep students motivated.
- Prepare students for specific English proficiency benchmarks or academic goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or current undergraduate student).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different learning paces and ages.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Prior experience in tutoring or classroom teaching is preferred but not mandatory.
