Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting of network incidents and resolve connectivity issues efficiently.
- Configure and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and scale network solutions based on business requirements.
- Execute proactive maintenance and firmware updates to prevent potential service disruptions.
- Document network topologies, incident reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in on-call rotations to support critical network operations during off-hours.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar enterprise network environment.
- Solid understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP).
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix) and ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under high-pressure situations.
- CCNA or CCNP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based office setting.
