Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or facilitating learning sessions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse age groups
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging lesson plans
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for student development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as required by the program schedule
