Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is a leading healthcare recruitment agency in Singapore, currently seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join a reputable clinic in the West Region. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will perform a variety of clinical tasks including taking patient histories, measuring vital signs, administering medications and injections, dressing wounds, collecting specimens, and assisting medical staff during consultations and minor procedures. You will also play a key role in patient education, helping individuals understand their treatment plans and promoting healthy lifestyles.
The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Nursing, be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), and possess a valid Practising Certificate. Preference will be given to those with at least one year of clinical experience, though fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply. Essential skills include excellent communication, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor surgical procedures.
- Perform wound care, dressings, and specimen collection as required.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation in compliance with standards.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and Practising Certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse (preferred).
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED.
- Proficient in clinical skills such as medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and patience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
