Tanggung Jawab
- Counsel prospective students and parents about educational programs and enrollment processes
- Manage the full enrollment cycle from inquiry to registration documentation
- Conduct school tours and information sessions for prospective families
- Maintain accurate student records and enrollment databases
- Collaborate with marketing team to attract prospective students
- Meet monthly enrollment targets while maintaining service quality
- Address inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, sales, or education enrollment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for education and student development
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (advantageous)
