Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and convert inbound leads into successful enrolments through consultative selling.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups with prospective students via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information regarding programs, requirements, and value propositions.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of lead interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrolment process and reduce friction.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and enrolment KPIs.
- Provide professional feedback on market trends to improve service offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a sales, account management, or educational enrolment role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote (WFH) setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume lead pipelines.
- Ability to work a consistent morning shift schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
