Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for education? Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is looking for a driven Enrolment Consultant to join our team in the heart of Singapore. In this role, you will be the face of our education centre, acting as a bridge between potential students/parents and our academic programmes.
You will play a critical role in driving student recruitment and managing the entire admission journey. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a target-driven environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is genuinely committed to helping students achieve their academic goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end student enrolment process, from initial inquiry to final registration.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and face-to-face meetings with prospective parents and students.
- Provide detailed information on academic curricula, tuition schedules, and learning benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly student recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up consistently to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure student placement aligns with individual learning needs.
- Assist in organizing and executing outreach events, roadshows, and open house activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any field, with a preference for Business or Communications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, education recruitment, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent command of English; ability to speak a second language is a plus for client engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with parents and diverse student profiles.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
