Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive enrolment strategies to meet and exceed annual recruitment targets.
- Lead the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry and inquiry follow-up to enrolment and contract signing.
- Conduct school tours, open days, and presentations to effectively promote school programs to prospective parents and students.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective families, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Analyse enrolment data and market trends to optimize recruitment efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align recruitment campaigns with school brand identity.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained throughout the admissions journey.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales management within the education industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding enrolment and sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings as required for school events.
