- Manage end-to-end student enrolment process from lead generation to conversion
- Conduct centre tours and parent consultations to showcase educational programs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective families
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted enrolment strategies
- Track and report on enrolment metrics and sales performance
- Implement follow-up systems to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates
- Stay updated on educational trends to effectively address parent inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Passion for education and working with families
- Singaporean or valid work permit required
