Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the enrolment team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective enrolment strategies to drive student acquisition in the Bali region.
- Manage the end-to-end student enquiry process, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
- Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM software usage to maximize conversion rates.
- Analyse enrolment data and market trends to optimize recruitment funnels and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and academic departments to align recruitment goals with curriculum offerings.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a management role within the education, training, or sales sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
