We are seeking a highly motivated, hunter-minded Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is focused 100% on new business acquisition. You will take full ownership of strategic enterprise accounts across Singapore and the broader APAC region, managing complex, consultative sales cycles from initial prospecting to successful close.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Strategically hunt for and close new enterprise business for Toku’s core product within your designated territory (Singapore and APAC).
  • Execute a structured outbound sales process, encompassing cold outreach, executive discovery, tailored demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and meticulously manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and nurture deep, strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at target enterprise accounts.
  • Partner seamlessly with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to architect customized solutions and ensure a world-class client experience.
  • Maintain rigorous and accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking within Salesforce.
  • Act as a market expert, continuously analyzing competitive trends and customer needs to refine our value proposition.

Kualifikasi

  • 5-8 years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in a new business / hunter capacity.
  • Proven experience selling complex SaaS platforms or solutions (experience in HR Tech, Payroll, Identity Security, API or Compliance strongly preferred).
  • An established and robust network of high-level enterprise contacts within Singapore and the broader APAC market.
  • Mastery of strategic / consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling).
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
  • Self-starter with high intrinsic motivation, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Proficiency with modern CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; MBA is a plus.
