You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of enterprise accounts, working cross-functionally with our technical teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-impact solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts to exceed revenue and retention targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to identify expansion opportunities and drive product adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, building long-term, trusted advisory relationships.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to customize solutions based on unique enterprise requirements.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value, report on ROI, and align on future strategic initiatives.
- Lead contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to internal leadership.
- Oversee the resolution of high-level client concerns by coordinating efforts across internal departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or B2B software/tech sales.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate at the executive level (C-Suite).
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales quotas and retention goals.
- Fluency in English and deep familiarity with the Metro Manila business ecosystem.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
