  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise clients in IT manufacturing sector
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling integrated ICT solutions (Telco, Managed Services, Hybrid IT)
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized ICT solutions aligned with client business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years enterprise sales experience with proven track record in ICT solutions
  • Deep understanding of Telco, Managed Services, and Hybrid IT portfolios
  • Strong technical aptitude to articulate complex ICT solutions to non-technical executives
  • Experience in IT manufacturing or high-tech manufacturing sector highly desirable
