Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new enterprise clients in Yogyakarta and Eastern Indonesia
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly targets
- Present and demonstrate software solutions that address client business needs
- Negotiate and close enterprise software deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and customer success
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with enterprise-level clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the software industry and enterprise solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote capacity
