PERSOL is seeking a strategic Enterprise Architect / Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our architectural roadmaps drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
You will lead the design of robust cloud infrastructures, translate complex stakeholder requirements into actionable architectural models, and govern the implementation of high-performance technical solutions. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who excels in multi-stakeholder environments and has a deep passion for cloud-native ecosystems and enterprise-grade integration.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and document enterprise-level architectural frameworks that align with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit technical requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-level design models (HLD) and detailed low-level designs (LLD).
- Lead the migration of legacy workloads to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) while optimizing for cost and performance.
- Establish governance standards for technology stacks, security compliance, and data integration.
- Mentor engineering teams on cloud best practices, architectural patterns, and modern software development methodologies.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to drive digital transformation and competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years specializing in cloud environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in cloud architecture patterns (Microservices, Serverless, Containerization).
- Proven track record in managing complex enterprise integration projects and hybrid cloud deployments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF) are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks, DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
