Tanggung Jawab
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture framework, principles, and governance models
- Develop comprehensive IT roadmaps aligned with business strategy and growth objectives
- Lead technology solution design for complex enterprise systems and integrations
- Conduct architecture assessments and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with business needs
- Establish and enforce technical standards, policies, and best practices
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in enterprise architecture with 3+ years in specialist role
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification mandatory
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance requirements
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams and projects
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
