Are you ready to shape the digital landscape of one of the Philippines' leading financial institutions? Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is looking for a talented Enterprise Architecture Intern to join our IT team. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in building the bank of the future. You will work on a 320-hour intensive IT Architecture program starting June 08. Your primary focus will be designing strategic blueprints and leading a significant Capstone project that directly impacts our technological roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world banking environment, collaborating with senior architects and developers to solve complex business challenges.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in designing and documenting enterprise architecture blueprints, including current state and future state models.
- Support the analysis and evaluation of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and best practices for the bank's digital platforms.
- Participate in the planning and execution of the Capstone project, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, trends, and industry frameworks to provide innovative solutions.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization within the banking infrastructure.
- Assist in the documentation of architectural artifacts and technical specifications for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Strong academic performance with a CGPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
- Basic understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar frameworks is a plus).
- Proficiency in data modeling, system analysis, and technical documentation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to start the internship on June 08 and commit to the full 320-hour duration.
