Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise business development strategies to capture new market segments.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure high-value partnerships with enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Design and implement innovative distribution channel models to increase product footprint and market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, implementing corrective actions to optimize ROI.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Negotiate high-stakes contracts and service-level agreements to maximize company profitability.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts within the Indonesian market.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Channel Distribution Management, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Business Development.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex distribution networks, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, or tech-enabled logistics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, market segmentation, and CRM tools.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of successfully launching new sales channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is considered a strong plus.
