Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end data lifecycle, including collection, cleaning, and validation of data sets.
- Support the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reporting tools.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and compliance with banking standards.
- Document processes and methodologies to improve data accessibility and usability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or programming languages is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
